If we get 60%* where does the other 40% go?

We want to be transparent about where the ticket price goes. Parentkind uses the 40% to cover the cost of the prizes and administration of the lottery.

Organisation funds - 60%*

*60% applies between 15 January 2025 and 315 December 2025. From 15 January 2026, PTAs holding Parentkind membership will receive 60%. Non-members and schools will receive 50%.

How the money raised is used.

With The Parents Lottery, your school receives 60p* from every £1 ticket sold – paying out more than any other PTA or school focused lottery on the market. That means more money directly impacting your pupils and funding vital projects.
